1. Refund Eligibility
FMA offers refunds only in specific circumstances where users are unable to execute the Lua script due to technical incompatibilities with MTC executor. This must be verified by our technical support team.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team through Discord within 24 hours of purchase
- Provide proof of purchase and detailed information about the technical issue
- Allow our technical team to verify the execution problem
- Cooperate with our support team during the verification process
3. Conditions
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- The script genuinely fails to execute with MTC executor
- The issue is not related to user error or misconfiguration
- The user has not violated any terms of service
- The request is made within 24 hours of purchase
4. Timeframe
Important timeframe information:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase
- Processing time for refund requests is typically 1-3 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
5. Exclusions
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- User changed their mind about the purchase
- User was banned from a server while using FMA
- User didn't read the features or requirements before purchasing
- User is not using MTC executor
- Account has been suspended for Terms of Service violations
- User has already used the script successfully
